For those of you with self motivation looking to try something new or for those who lack fitness knowledge we will take you through a brief fitness screen and design for you a personalised exercise programme together with some nutritional tips / plans for you to perform at your home, gym or any facility you choose.

A 4-8 week visit can be arranged to keep you on track and to progress your programme.
