Children’s exercise and nutrition programs
We run exercise and nutrition programmes for children in schools and nurseries aged as young as 2 through to 18 years old.
Our aim is to increase the awareness of the importance of good nutrition and regular exercise to as many children as possible to help reduce the chances of inactivity and bad eating habits leading into adulthood as this can cause many health related issues.
We start with a basic health and fitness screen to identify any health related issues and areas of concern. We then monitor this on a regular basis. As part of the health and fitness screen a nutrition sheet will be completed. If completed accurately this will give us the information needed to follow up any concerns we may have regarding individual nutrition. Our exercise procedure ranges from various individual and group games through to exercises using body weight and weights in a safe and efficient manner.
