Fitness and wellbeing check
We analyse individual physical fitness levels through a number of simple tests, which are modified to specific individual needs.
The check is then revisited every 4-8 weeks to make sure we are on the right track in reaching our long term goal.
Tests include, height and weight (bmi) blood pressure, body fat percentage through skinfold calipers or body stat, hip to waist ratio and other tape measurements, peak flow, flexibility, muscular endurance, muscular strength, vo2 max / aerobic capacity.
These checks give us a great platform from which to progress. With these checks we are able accurately to measure improvements.
